Measure your lights PAR with an Apogee MQ-510 PAR Meter. When you are done, return the meter to us within 7 days from the received date for a deposit refund.

The PAR meter does not qualify for free shipping. A shipping label for the return will be provided which will be deducted from the deposit.

When you are ready to return the PAR meter, wand, and protective case please reach out to us via email at tidytankspro@gmail.com or utilize the chat box on our website. Once we receive your message, we will promptly send a return shipping label straight to your email address. To return the equipment, carefully repackage the PAR meter, wand, and protective case, ensuring they are secure for transport. You can then drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location for shipping.

Please note that you will receive a full refund of your deposit as long as the meter is shipped back within the initial 7-day loaner period. To qualify for this refund, the meter, wand, and case must be returned in good working condition. If you keep the equipment beyond the initial rental week, an additional charge of $70.00 per week will be applied, which will be deducted from your original deposit.

All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If the meter is returned late, you will be charged for an additional billing cycle. The rental period starts on the day the meter is received. For instance, during a 7-day rental period, if the meter is delivered on Monday, it must be returned to the shipping carrier by Monday.

The MQ-510 Par Sensor has been specifically designed to give reliable and repeatable readings underwater with LED lighting. With an increased spectral range and larger sensing optics, you will get more precise readings with all types of lighting systems. Apogee now has the immersion correction factor installed in the meter and will automatically compensate for any effects underwater readings may have.

Apogee has calibrated the MQ-510 sensor with electronic lights that are stored in the firmware of the meter. Calibration with electronic lighting makes it the perfect PAR meter for any type of aquarium lighting. The sensor has a housing designed to be fully weather-proof and self-cleaning allowing years of service with minimal maintenance.
